# A "memory full" notification pops up when I am loading my ID document ,what do I need to do to resolve this

A “memory full” notification pops up when I am loading my ID document ,what do I need to do to resolve this

I have deleted all large files on my phone but it still gives me the same message

The issue is from your phone. Try using another phone or PC to upload your documents.
