# A Plea To Refund !!!!!

This is what actually happened, i have never experienced this before. market did not close fast on profit when i wanted to close, it delayed 10 seconds before it closed and when it did everything was in loss, after few minutes my account was frozen while trade was running before it resumed market already gone big loss. Kindly check and refund please.
