Account Closure / Deactivation

You may close your account by visiting the below link:

  • Deriv Manage Account Settings > Close your account

Before closing your account, please close all your open positions and withdraw all the funds in your account.

Step 1: Close all open positions
Go to the Open positions to close all open positions from your accounts.
If you have opened positions in your MT5 account, please close them too.

Step 2: Withdraw your funds
Go to the Cashier to withdraw funds from your and MT5 accounts.

After completing the steps above, you may contact us with your request.

Please note that you can not create a new account once this is done, as our policy does not allow clients to have multiple accounts with us.

You may contact us anytime to reactivate your account if you change your mind.

Hello, when I went to close my account I received a message “Please withdraw your funds from the following Deriv account(s): EUR 0.62”.
Since it is less than 10 EUR, I can’t withdraw it, and it won’t let me close it otherwise.
Please how can I close my account? I don’t need 0.62 EUR, just want to close the account.
