If you have opened positions in your MT5 account, please close them too. **Step 2: Withdraw your funds** Go to the [Cashier](https://deriv.app/cashier/deposit)to withdraw funds from your [Deriv.com](http://deriv.com/) and MT5 accounts. After completing the steps above, you may [contact us](https://deriv.com/help-centre/?_ga=2.240305024.2081706843.1594691657-1766015461.1585128396) with your request. Please note that you cannot create a new account once this is done, as our policy does not allow clients to have multiple accounts with us. como faço para encerra minha conta? Tenho um saldo de U$ 0.01 e por isso, não consigo encerrar minha conta. Alguém pode me ajudar? ---
