# Account closure due to inactivity

I funded my deriv account and later on a mail was sent to me that my MT5 accounts were closed/deactivated due a long period of inactivity.  
Please rectify this issue soonest and latest today please!!!

Why are these people not replying coz I am experiencing the same problem and if your problem was solved,how did you do it coz I need my account to be working as soon as possible.

@cheetie-abricot-2 , Hello, Please if your account was closed due to inactivity, then you need to contact deriv via live chat to have it resolved.

It won’t be resolved here. Please do that.
