# Account Closure

I am trying to close my account and I am facing issues, I have a Balance of $0.01 in my account and there is no way to withdraw such an amount now my account will not close until I withdraw this amount. I really don’t care about the $0.01 honestly I just want m account closed and deactivated. Kindly help. Live chat is not really useful as the live chat bot doesn’t have any options on account closure.
