# Account disabled for routine check

Anyone here having their real accounts temporarily disabled for a routine check even though they have verified accounts? Deriv has shut down my real accounts since the 10th of August and they say it’s a routine check made to all clients. I have money in my USD fiat but can’t access my account accounts
