Hallo i have two time withdrawl but deposit it is ok, but withdraw is stressing people , so i said is it possible my deriv to replace agent in deriv , or what can deriv improve like withdraw?

On 31 October 2024 I deposited and amount of 10GBP of which it 12.98USD moreover I then grow my account to 64.73 then I wake up in the morning the money was gone on my MT5 if contact derive they refuse to pay my money back.
