# Accounts Disappeared

My accounts don’t show on the dashboard, but they all active and visible on my MT5 app. **PLEASE HELP** , as I get this message when I try to transfer: " **You need at least two accounts, Please create another Deriv, DMT5, or Deriv X account.**"
