# An ID confirmation photo is confidential!

An ID confirmation photo (IDCP) is a photo of the account holder, holding their ID document and a handwritten note next to their face. IDCP can be requested for security reasons.

⚠ YOU SHOULD NEVER GIVE YOUR IDCP TO ANYONE ⚠

Friends, Family and Scammers can take advantage of your account using the image you provide to them. Be vigilant not to share your proof of Identity with anyone.
