How long does it take for documents to be authenticated? I uploaded my documents on Monday 17 August 2020, today is 19 August 2020 and my documents are still not authenticated. This is causing delays with my withdrawal and transfer between accounts

Same here, it’s been more than 7 days in my case and there is no response from anybody, I really wonder if someone forgot to review my uploaded documents or whatsoever…
