Authontication problem

please, someone, help me to fix my account I had a problem with authentication my permanent residence is one country and now I’m working in another country, I submit my passport for authentication then they asked location confirmation but not much, then som proof document I have submitted all this but in profile, I put my address current location. is that problem to this massage “Trading and deposits have been disabled on your account. Kindly contact customer support for assistance”
