Authorization failed

Good day

I have issues logging in to MT5. It says authorization failed. I tried everything. Reset main and investor password. Nothing worked. I sent all my documents for verification it’s been a while and I’m still waiting. What’s the issue?

There are few possibilities to get this error, meanwhile please try the below steps - usually, it helps:

  1. We will request you to reset the password first. (Reset instead of changing it)
