# authorization on deriv server failed invalid account

Hi [aquatic-acroter-2](https://community.deriv.com/u/aquatic-acroter-2), if you received an authorization failed (invalid account) error message, it’s related to your wrong login details on your DMT5.

You may refer to this post below to know how to log in to your DMT5 account.
