Dear Deriv Community, A technical tool that packs data for multiple time frames into single price bars is known as a **candlestick chart**. Showing data like this is more helpful than traditional bars or simple lines that connect the dots of closing prices. Each candle captures a full day’s worth of news, data, and price action. Hence, candlesticks are best used on a daily basis. A **green candle** means the buyers have won the day, while a **red candle** means the sellers have dominated.
