# Can't create an mt5 account for trading synthetic indices

When I click on “add demo account” pops up:
" Something’s not right
MT5 gaming account is not available in your country yet."
So here in Italy I can’t trade synthetic idecies?

The synthetic indices account I run with your firm is unable to open, I tried and opened another one on Deriv Server 2. Same thing.
I changed the password and pop up “new token expired”

Hi please help me I try to reopen my real account at mt5 dish board I couldn’t, last time I close my real account now because I change my email address so now I have demo account n I can’t do reload my information to reopen my account I want to deposit plz help
