Im struggling to login on my MT5 I’ve tried every possible way now but can’t get through i even funded my account now ---

Tampoco puedo conectarme el mt5 en mi computadora, he cambiado de clave varias veces y sigo con el mismo problema. desde mi celular no tengo problema, el problema solo es desde mi computadora. espero que me brinde soporte lo mas pronto, muchas gracias ---

pero en el chat en vivo me sale un robot que me responde, y me tarda mucho explicarle, y no se que opción del menú elegir en el chat en vivo ---

Tenga en cuenta que, en el chat en vivo, antes de ser dirigido a un agente para que lo ayude en tiempo real, primero lo ayuda un robot para que su problema pueda ser dirigido al departamento correspondiente.
