Hello… I have been trying to login to my old account on before the rebranding. I have done the password reset, tried logging in with the new password but it didn’t work. It keeps blocking me out from logging in. Now I tried opening a new live account, but it says an account with the name already exists. What could be the issue cos I can’t log in to my old account.
