# can't withdraw, nothing is shown on the cashier after confirming email.

Withdrawal problem. nothing is visible inside cashier after confirming email. I am also not verified because I can’t verify it’s grayed out on my account settings for some reason I don’t know. might be related to that ?

also I can’t find live chat there is no such thing as live chat in any place on deriv.
