My cashier has been locked from last week I contacted Deriv and they told me that 1-3 working days it will be fix and now it now a week and it’s still not unlock am asking please can u unlock my cashier so I can start trading in mt5 ---

My cashier locked up for a few days now. Deriv causing me sleepless nights ---
