You will receive a notification from **Chipper** to either **Decline** or **Approve** the transaction. Good day After going through all this on chipper cash deposit guideline, I made deposit of 998usd after sometime my usd was reduced to 564. Please I need explanation and also I want to know why I can’t make withdrawal ---
