# Commissions Earn Still Not Paying

I have been waiting to received commission earn Feb 2024 and contact to live chat periodically, but there is no clarity there. A ticket on email has also been created but there has been no response at all. Is this the best platform for affiliates?

The team handling this case was very slow to respond to my email, I have been waiting for 2 days and there is no certainty when my commission will be paid

Hi, the comission earn that is not being paying is from API Markup, or for the market share for indication of affiliate?
