Dear Members, The speed of connection for each server is correlated to Ping - servers in closer proximity to you should exhibit faster connection speeds than those farther away. The “Ping” column displays the latency of the trading server in milliseconds (ms), which is one-thousandth of a second. A lower ping indicates a faster connection. If the ping displays “n/a,” it typically signifies a lack of connection to the trading server. If you encounter an “n/a” ping, please verify that you are logged into your account correctly and that there are no firewall or antivirus restrictions preventing the MT5 app from accessing the network.
