# Connections problems

Hello sir,  
I have problems connection.  
I explaint; every time i am in my demo account and i want To connect to my real account,even if i type the correct password i can not log in to my real account unless i go black To my deriv dashboard to reset the password.

And when the password has been reset,when i go To my mt5 To log in my real account witht the new password i log in with succes!and when i want To go back To my demo account even if i type the good password i can not log in,To log in i have To reset my demo account password in m’y deriv dashboard!

And again,and again,every time i want To move from my real to my demo account or from my demo To my real account i have To reset these passwords

Help me please,i want To connect to my accounts without problems!
