# Crypto Withdrawal Issue

Dear Deriv Community Centre,

I initiated a crypto withdrawal three days ago, and since then, I have not received any confirmation or status update on my transaction, even though the amount has been deducted from my wallet. I reached out to your support team via live chat, but they couldn’t provide any information regarding the status of my withdrawal. They mentioned that the issue had been escalated to the relevant department, yet I have not received any response.

This lack of communication is very frustrating, and I would appreciate if Deriv could address this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Below are the details of my withdrawal:
