# Dbot and binary bot crash

Please I’m having this issue of the binary bot page and deriv bot page taking too long to load and when it does when i try to load my bot using my laptop it says page not reposive or its just hangs from there nothing works  
I have been trying it from days now i don’t know if its from my device on my bot  
I’m using a samsung s10+ and a hp corei5 laptop with 8gb  
Please i need help in finding a solution
