# DBot Trading Freezes

Hi.  
While trading in DBot, trading would freeze while trades seem to still be running (I see a Stop button as if trading is running), but its not.  
I am using Firefox on Windows 10.  
Please help!

I happen to be facng this same problems during operation but it seems to only affect the real accoutn demo account does not freeze when running the same bot with it. could this be an internal issue with deriv?

hello,the Bot still freeze today,why? it constists of my real account not a game,i lost moneys
