# Delay on payouts

Hello, I made 3 payouts requests 5 days ago through deriv cashier but money has not been transferred to me, I’ve reached out to your team through WhatsApp and live chat but i haven’t received any positive feedback about my money, my trading account is only limited to use cashier since it the same means i used for my deposit. Can my concern be highlited please.

I’ve only received one payout after my complain, it’s been seven days now, can i get assistance?
