# Delayed withdrawal

Please why does deposit take less than 1hour to reflect while withdrawal takes 5-15 days. If my deposit can reflect in less than 1 hour, I believe you can improve the withdrawal timeframe as well, thanks I’m looking forward to this development.

Hi @beedged-abubble-2, if you requested a withdrawal back to the card, it may take 5-15 working days for your funds to appear on your account; this depends on the card’s issuing bank.
