# Deposit and withdrawal to the same MasterCard

Can i make a deposit with my Mastercard and withdraw my funds to the same card ??

Depending on your country of residence, your available deposit payment methods will differ. Hence, if you can view the credit card option, you may use a MasterCard to deposit. In my case I deposited with a mastercard and upon requesting withdrawal to the same mastercard it is saying ‘this card number cannot be used to receive payouts’. However it does not allow me to enter a different withdrawal method. This is very frustrating as I therefore unable to get my funds. Please explain why this happens and how i can resolve it and withdraw my funds.

@aquifer-acronic-2 ,. In other to withdraw your funds, you have to deposit via one of the ewallets made available to you and it will be activated for withdrawals for you.
