# Deposit not Reflecting (5 Days)

I deposited ETH on June 29th to the address provided. I was told to wait up to 3 days for it to clear. Today is July 3rd—5 days later—and now I’m being told that my case will be transferred to the specialist department.

My case number is 17810126.

If this is not resolved today, I will be filing a suit in both the Cayman and London courts on Monday, July 7th.
