i can’t deposit on my account with my Visa card this is your message : We’re sorry but the VISA account provided appears in our records under another customer account . Customers are limited to one active customer account at our site. To allow this VISA account to be used with your login, please contact Customer Services. If you require any assistance with your account, please contact Customer Services.

How can i solve it
