Hello, It’s my first time using Deriv and I tried depositing funds with my online banking,
I was asked to input my document type which I selected my passport document and I was asked to input my document number which I input my passport number instead of my account number and now my payment was successfully debited from my online banking account to the account given to my on Deriv but I was not credited……

This is my order number below

I have the same problem too…How do I deposit funds using payment agent

I use online payment method,
Just select your most preferred bank app
Fill in your name as it appears in your bank account
Select your Document type, the you’ll be asked to insert document number
Fill in your bank account number as your document number and proceed

My deposit has been pending for more than 24hrs now and still not show on my dashboard
