## Buenas tardes, mi problema que estoy teniendo es que el 29 de julio hice un retiro por un monto total de 20 dolares a mi cuenta de VISA y todavia no se me ve reflejado en mi cuenta de dolares, pero ya se lo descontaron de la plataforma DERIV, quisiera sabes a qué numero de tarjeta VISA fue enviado los 20 dolares y porqué no me ha llegado el dinero.
