**Guideline for account reactivation**
You can reactivate your account by logging in with the registered email address and password. Click [here](https://oauth.deriv.com/oauth2/authorize?app_id=16929&l=en&brand=deriv&date_first_contact=2023-03-08&signup_device=desktop&utm_source=https://community.deriv.com/&platform=)to get started!
However, this is only applicable if you have deactivated your account by yourself.
If you do not remember your account’s username and password, you can contact our Live Chat support for further assistance.
Alternatively, if you only forgot your password, you may refer to the below article to reset your password:
