# DERIV FREEZING MY ACCOUNT

I was just trading a while ago, 2021.04.30 2:25:56. I have 1 open position and a sell stop order, it was all going good and suddenly Deriv froze my MT5 account. To be clear I have 4 MT5 accounts and only one is running to open trades. Now the one with an open trade froze and checked my other accounts and surprisingly they are running smoothly.

Please fix this situation. I don’t deserve this.

Admin, please do something about this.
