# Deriv P2P order cancellation

Hello Deriv Community,

You can cancel your Deriv P2P orders under the following circumstances:

**Buyer** : If you’re the buyer, you can cancel an order only when it is active and still in the pending stage (you have not confirmed payment yet).

**Seller** : If you’re the seller, unfortunately you can’t cancel the order.
