# Deriv P2P withdrawal/agents

I was reading the deriv rules on pdf and one rule stated that , if one deposits money on deriv via P2P they can only withdraw their money via P2P . Why is that so? Or can I still withdraw profits via payment agents

Kindly know that, if you deposited using p2p you will be required to also withdraw back to p2p.

For you to use a payment agent for withdrawal, you will be required to first withdraw up to the amount deposited via p2p before you can be able to use another payment method for withdrawals.
