# Deriv retaining my withdrawal

Been waiting for my crypto withdrawal for more than 24 hours. Deriv giving the turn around regarding internal checks and all of that but they are retaining my withdrawal with no reason. Account verified and previous withdrawals went ok

It has been now more than 36 hours and still nothing. Why are you keeping my money I need it really urgently! PLEASE HELP
