# Directly Connect to the MT5 Support Team

Dear Members,

For MT5 support issues, we have 24-hour coverage, either via Livechat agents or dedicated bot support. With the DMT5 bot, clients can create a ticket and the issue will be attended by our DMT5 support agent within 1-3 working days.

Step 1: choose **trading** from the menu

Step 2: Choose Deriv MT5

Step 3: Choose the applicable option

Step 4: Address the issue

Step 5: Provide the requested information

Step 6 : confirm the details

Once this is completed, a ticket will be created and our agent will get back to you by email.
