DMT5 Login error: Authorization failed (Invalid Account) error message

Authorization failed or Invalid account error message is commonly seen when you have entered incorrect login information. This includes either an incorrect DMT5 login ID, server, or password.

The error message of your MT5 will be shown in the journal section:

If you don’t remember your DMT5 password, don’t be alarmed, you can change it here and follow the guide to reset your password.

You would need to ensure that your DMT5 account information is the same as your login in MetaTrader 5 application. Also, please make sure that you are connected to the access server.
