# document authentication problem

Hello everybody  
I come to ask for help from you, it’s been quite a while since I submitted my information for verification with Deriv but without success. I do not know what to do  
Help me please.

Dear @Sivapria_deriv  
Thank you for your reply. But I chatted with the robot in LiveChat, it still does not confirm that my information has been authenticated. And I still haven’t received the verification confirmation email. I’m just wondering if it will take how long. I want to start trading again.
