Duplicate accounts are two or more Deriv accounts owned by one client. As stated in our terms and conditions, a client can only create one Deriv account. You may find our Terms and Conditions [here](https://deriv.com/tnc/general-terms.pdf) as stated below: _6.3. Fraud_ _6.3.1. We reserve the right to block or withhold the funds in your account and/or suspend or close your account if we know or we have reason to believe that one or more of the following cases is true:_ _6.3.1.1. Your account was opened under a false or fictitious name._ _6.3.1.2. You have submitted fraudulent or tampered document(s)._ _6.3.1.3.
