Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) is an additional layer of checks performed on clients as determined necessary by the relevant department, following an extensive review. This process involves collecting further information and documentation about the clients’ source of wealth, such as payslips, saving account bank statements, and tax returns. Cuánto tiempo lleva la revisión de la documentación que se envía, en mi caso me solicitaron hace más de 15 días y envié todo lo que me pidieron, rol de nómina, contrato laboral, extractos bancarios, prueba de ingresos, contrato de préstamos bancarios realizados… Envié toda esta documentación y me han suspendido y bloqueado mis fondos, no puedo disponer de ellos, necesito que me den den una respuesta y solucion urgente. ---
