# Error message in Dbot: Self-Exclusion limit

Have you received any of the error messages above? If the answer is **yes** , this means that you have set a self-exclusion on your account. The error messages include:

```auto
1. You have exceeded your daily/7-day/30-day limit on losses
2. Purchasing this contract will cause you to exceed your daily/7-day/30-day turnover limit

```

If you have set self-exclusion on your account, it stops your Dbot from running. The self-exclusion help to limit your trading activities should you need them. To remove these limits, you would need to remove the self-exclusion in your **settings**. Prior to removing it, you would need to _acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your actions, and we are not liable for any addiction or loss_.
