# Failing to log in to mt5 account

Good morning yesterday I tried to communicate with your staff as I was failing to log on to my account from 5pm till today had placed my sell limits before and wanted to close them but failed now all my account is wiped out 500$ gone just like that  
How do you deal with such issues as am greatly disappointed with such

How’s it even possible to open positions and fail to log in to your account?

Hello…please i am unable to log in to my mt5 account…it keeps on saying authorization failed…please what can be the problem
