# Failure to deposit on DERIV

I cannot deposit funds on my deriv. I used my credit card before and this is my 3rd time,all of of sudden I can’t deposit using the same credit card. Why?

My casher blocked please reopen it I can deposited and strat the trade

Dear costumer. This problem is happening because you didn’t activated e-commerce services for your credit card. So, contact your bank provider to activate the e-commerce services
