# Failure to to deposit

I am failing to deposit into my deriv account. Error says RCS reject, number of cards exceeded

Hi @bullets-academe-2, thank you for posting in our Deriv Community. Regarding your issues, your deposit was unsuccessful due to your bank restriction. Please kindly contact your bank for more clarification and try again.

If it does not work please kindly use another payment method e-wallet as an alternative mode of payment.
