Whats really happening here??? I cant withdraw and its been days, live chat is a robot obviously not helpful. Where is this peoples email???

I have been trying to get my money back but it seems like they are failing to do so.  
They must understand that I don’t wanna trade with them anymore their platform is complicated.

I don’t want to hear anything more than that my money has been processed.
