# Filling in the tax return

Hello everyone!

I live in Portugal and I wanna know how to fill in my tax return. I guess it’s different on transactions done on Synthetic Indices and Forex/Stock Indices/Commodities.

Are synthetic indices considered a game? Financial instruments? Do these transactions have withholding tax?
